I have two children in Serendipity, one in the 3 year old T, Th and the other in private kindergarten. Both my children love going to school and really enjoy Spanish. The teachers are wonderful and they thoroughly enjoy the children.
My daughter goes to Serendipity currently and we love it! The teachers (NOT just out of high school!) are absolutely wonderful. My daughter is 3, and still has separation anxiety and they are great with her. She is learning the alphabet and Spanish!
We love Serendipity. The teachers are the best. The facilities are fantastic - every activity imaginable. Since we started, my son is reading and doing math problmes. He is 4!
Serendipity is amazing! I have seen my children learn and grow in so many ways! The management team is awesome and very reliable...the curriculum is top notch!
We've seen our children learn and grow in the Serendipity program over the last two years. Because the school is located at the Valley Athletic Club, my children get to see people of all ages involved in healthy activities, and are enthusiastic about sports. They look forward to school and friends.
Serendipity has been a fabulous find. The teachers are caring and dependable. My son has grown by leaps and bounds since he started there. I couldn't be happier!
It is disappointing to read reviews like the previous one. As a part of the Serendipity family for almost six years, my experience has been the complete opposite. The owners have put into place a management team that is always available to answer questions and listen and act on concerns. Class sizes are not only under ratio, but also below the allowable limit for the room size. All teachers have experience and many have degrees. They are required to obtain more credits per year than the state mandates. The curriculum was written by an educator with a Master's Degree in Early Education. It is apparent that the 'profit' is invested into the center and it's children by the quality and quantity of supplies and equipment available. There is a reason that they are always full. There were over 35 people in line at 5 am on registration day!
Serendipity used to have a reputable program. But since the owner became a silent partner, it has gone downhill. The class sizes are at maximum capacity. The quality of teachers has steadily dropped. They are employing mostly right out of high school, and with little to no experience with children. I am partiularly dissappointed with the curriculum. It has become cookie cutter, like anyother for profit center.
This is the best school for your kids. Clean, fun, and the teachers actually want your kids there. We couldn't wait for our youngest to start at Serendipity childrens center. It is the best thing we ever did for our children. With both of us parents working full time, we know our kids are in great, loving care and are never sick since we switched to Serendipity!
