North Bend Montessori is a fantastic school, my daughter has thrived there and is going to be more than ready for kindergarten in the Fall.

I am a Kindergarten teacher nearby in a public school. I cannot recommend this school from my perspective and experience. I have had several kids in class from North Bend Montessori. These children, although extremely bright, had not learned to spell their name and were under the academic bar compared to their peers. One of them had not even been taught the basics of holding a pencil correctly. I felt I had to comment after reading review below about the rigor of their Kinder program compared to public school!

I have been an employee for 16 years, teacher for 15 years and love it! North Bend Montessori has given hundreds of the children in Snoqualmie Valley the opportunity to grow and learn. When they leave they love learning and are excited about life.

Excellent teacher/student ratio. Academics stressed in preschool classes in a fun way. My daughter loves this school. Multi-age elementary class is studying a broad range of subjects. Lots of individual attention.Students are encouraged to cooperate and be respectful. Orderly classrooms and good structure throughout the day. Teachers are excellent.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
