I've visited other BH schools and this one offers more for my money. There is organic milk, organic fruits and veggies, and a delicious menu; all included in the cost of tuition. There is a new director there that spreads her love of education to everyone around her. The art program (which is my child's favorite) is included in the cost of tuition. There is an indoor space for moving around. Education for my child is great and seems to be only getting better. The school just added an embedded launguage program. I'm very excited for my preschooler to start learning Mandarin. Also, I just went to a ready for school night, where I got to hear from other parents how great the program has been for their child. The school provided me free childcare and they fed me for the event. Wow!

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons at Bellevue for two years and I couldn't be happier. She comes home using words and doing things that I couldn't provide for her. I receive daily notes about her day (eating, sleeping, plus a personal note about her activities). I also receive a weekly email from the center management with staffing info and center events, plus I receive a montly newsletter from her classroom. I love the curriculum (even for my 2-yr-old) and the art program that's included in her tuition. The center is AMAZINGLY clean, safe, and EVERY teacher/staff that I've interacted is personable and well trained. I would reccomend this center to anyone!

facility is new and clean but the teachers are sub par. director seems to care more about students. my son was in older toddler room (18 months and up) where at least some teachers were very uncaring, uncomfortably young, and inexperienced with kids.

Stay away from this preschool. My son was there from age 2 months until age 1. One of his two providers was ok; the other is so uncaring and emotionally remote I think my son may have permanent emotional scars. On several occasions, I witnessed him trying to get her attention, only to be ignored and dismissed. It broke my heart and is the reason I left. There was constant staff turnover; many providers were very young and inexperienced. The head , who hires the providers and is key - really just cared about business. Her hiring decisions were poor. When the 2008 recession hit, this place actually increased dues. The parents were beside themselves . I am SO GLAD I joined another preschool where the head manager - who does the hiring - really cares about the kids.
