The facility itself is quite dirty and always has a foul odor. The staff seems nice when you are around but if you sneak in, you will hear them yelling at the children. Multiple incidents occured either right before I showed up to pick up my children or while I was there. I showed up to pick up my child and they were crying or upset on more than one occasion because of something that the staff did that was not appropriate. I observed children bullying eachother while staff looked on, also observing the activity. My child was actually bullied by another child right in front of me and I had to put a stop to it. The staff gives the children candy on a daily basis and I had no knowledge of this until I asked my child about it. The staff participates in public humiliation of the children and play obvious favorites with the children. The ones who are not favorites are treated very poorly.
