Both of my children attended La Petite Academy on Dumfries Rd in Manassas beginning at age 2. The teachers are dedicated to the children and do a nice job preparing my kids for school. The Director and Assistant Director are very energetic and happy. I can tell everyone in this school loves what they do.
My children attend in both the toddler and the Pre-K program. Overall, we are happy with the school and the teachers. The director and assistant director are excellent. I am a little disappointed in the attitudes and enthusiasm of the Pre-K teachers. A couple of them seem to be a bit burnt out and are more gruff and stern than I'd like. I'd like to see them be more encouraging, nurturing and supportive but my child does like them. I am not sure how well prepared my child will be for kindergarten but I can tell that he is learning. There is less parental involvement than I've seen at other schools we've attended.
