Happykid was a superb setting. I started out being a parent of students who attended and eventually began working there. Like with any business there are going to be good days and bad days and good staff aren't always easy to find. But overall, most of the regular staff that was with HK had been there for 20-30 years. The children that attended there were taught well, learned, and matured at age appropriate rates. The regular staff (those of us that were involved with HK for years) loved each and everyone of our students. In their own way, each of them are uniquely special. When the owners sold the business it was a great loss to many parents and students as well as the staff who'd committed so much of their lives to the children who came there.
My daughter has been going to Happy kid since she was 2. She is now 4. She has learned so much since she started attending.
I walked into happykid and found my child running around along with others wildly, not being watched.I just dont feel like anybody was in control and time out seemed to be abused.
