The Montessori school of of Leesburg is a great school. I taught there for awile, and the environment is very nurturing for the children. I really enjoyed teaching there. The kids really flourish from the music, math, reading and art and everything that is taught there.The kids and teachers all looked so happy to me there. Sincerely, Amanda Fordyce
It is excellent. The school has good rations for mixed aged classrooms (2 adults; A lead tacher with a n assistant, plus a floater who comes in ta help for part of the morning). Children learn to read through phonics,geograpghy, math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), handwriting, science, etc. There is a before and after school program for parents who need it. The children are with the same teacher for a three year cycle. They develop confidence and leadership skills. They also learn to socialize with different aged children.
