Minnieland at Bridlewood

Unprofessional staff, no supervision of children and lack of childcare training for employees. My son was bitten and scratched and none of the teachers were aware that this happened. I mean really you didn't hear him scream or notice him crying. The management staff makes excuses and doesn't actually fix the problem which is the first problem.

This is the worst Daycare I have ever been involved in. I have worked in Daycares and now my child has attended 2 different ones and Minnieland in Gainesville Va is the most unorganized and unprofessional childcare estabilishment I have come across thus far. It is unfortunate that such a nice LOOKING facility has such terrible programming and staff. The office and classroom staff have no common courtesy. They only way they acknowledge that you have arrived to pick up your child is by yelling your childs name. They are completely unsympathetic by divided families and continue to call all of us by the wrong name.They have very strict payment, food, and dress policies that are enforced on the children but seem to not enforce any policies on their own employees. They had my daughter (8) sit in time out for an hour and a half, yet never meantioned any wrong doings to me. The staff is just plain mean and does not interact with the children at all. Do not bring your children here.
