St. Anthony's Day School

We moved our children to St. Anthony's from a local US Army Child Care facility whose leadership was sadly uninspired and where many of the teacher's attitudes repeatedly demonstrated their union's mentality -- teachers first, children second. St. Anthony's is the exact opposite. Our children's teachers show the kind of love, attention, patience, and professionalism we had long dreamed of. Our son and daughter are excited about going to school, enjoy the varied activities, and are exposed to a subtle christian code that emphasizes respect and love for one another, and fosters a wonder for all in God's creation. The leadership have a vision for the school and for its children that makes us proud to have our kids there. I could not recommend St. Anthony's Day School highly enough.

This school is one of the best I have ever seen. The teachers are loving, kind and well prepared as educators. They are supervised by highly educated and dedicated women who seem to love their jobs and the children too. It's hard to get into, but worth the wait.

Our children, age 3 and age 19 months, have attended St. Anthony's Day School since they were both 4 months old. I cannot recommend them enough. Many of the teachers have been there for 10 years since the school opened (there is very low turnover in general) and they offer a wonderful program for all of the children including music classes, gym classes, Spanish circle time, etc. They also have a fabulous playground directly across the street that the children are taken to every day. There is also a very actice Parent Association that helps to provide extras for the children. I also love that, as a Catholic school, the children wear uniforms. You can even view your children at any time of the day on a special privacy-protected link on the internet called MyToddlerLink. Your children will love St. Anthony's and so will you.
