Our little one has been attending the CDC since she was 6 months old, she is now 2. She was in infant class until she was about 16 months old, then changed to a young toddler class for about 5 months, and is now in young toddler class. Our little one has loved all of her classes and thankfully transitions with classmates so its less stressful. She loved her previous teachers and loves one of her current teachers (she can talk now and tells me that one of her teachers- says her name- is "scary"). Thankfully we have a really good relationship with the staff, teachers, admin, kitchen, everything so we are really comfortable leaving her here every day. Its expensive but its worth it for our little one. They take the time to teach children and promote independence.. there are no TV's to plop the children down in front of and ingore them.. it is all face time with teachers and classmates... We plan to keep our little one here until Kindergarten.
We had our first child in this school for 2 years and now our son is going there. We LOVE the teachers in Preschool North. They are absolutely wonderful. Enough that my son says their names in his prayers each night - all on his own! We are treated like family. Aside from the staff, which is a little "behind the times" with communication (by paper, and postings) and would benefit from utilizing technology more often for paying invoices, sending newsletters/announcements, etc. this school is top notch!
