Barbers Hill Kindergarten Center

I am so grateful for Barbers Hill and all the teachers. My son started kindergarten (young 5 yr old) not showing interest, confusing his letters & numbers. And he has come so far in a short time. I am so proud of him & BHKC. I can't express enough how wonderful this school district is.

Kindergarten center is the best school . I am a parent and my child learned alot. This is the foundation where they learn that they have to make good choices and what can happen if you make bad choices. The teachers are excellent and communication with teacher and parent is very important. I just love the kindergarten center.

The Special Education teachers and teacher's aides at the Barbers Hill Kindergarten Center are amazing. They ensure that each child is given the educational foundation they need to proceed into the school environment and succeed. The principal and assistant principal makes sure each and every child that comes through the school gets the attention they need. Being involved in volunteer work at the school, I have also found that the parent involvement at the school is tremendous. The city of Mont Belvieu is growing but has maintained it's small town values.

I think this is the best school in the area. It has both a small town feel but also the educational quality of the bigger cities if not better than them.

I am extremely proud to tell everyone that we live in BHISD. Although this is my 6-yr old son's second year in the school I believe it would be really hard to find be a more kind-hearted, caring staff than those teaching my child at the Primary school. And Principal McManus is fabulous! Moving out of this school district is not an option for us.
