Do not take your child here. My daughter was dirty almost every single day when I picked her up, even though she had extra bibs & clothes in her diaper bag. They let children scream and completely ignored them, which made me very uncomfortable, but as a single mom I was left with very few options. It seemed that every decent place was full! But the last straw was when my daughter got her 2nd ear infection since starting there. The Dr. gave her ear drops to be administered every 2 hours, 2 drops in each ear. They refused to give it to her as prescribed! Their reasoning: every 2 hours is an inconvenience for them! They said she'd only get it at 12 & 4 pm when they normally give medicine, unless I drove across town so I could give it to her myself the other 3 times per day
