Primrose School of Old Orchard

We recently moved to the Flower Mound area and had toured several schools before deciding on Primrose School of Old Ochard. This was the last school we toured as we felt at home immediately. The teachers are very welcoming and caring. The management has been nothing short of wonderful and accomodating and it is obvious the Owner puts her heart and soul into the school with all the green initiatives and other creative endeavors she brings to her business! Our children love it here, as do my wife and I. I will recommend to everyone I know. A+

Please choose another Primrose! Neither of the directors has a degree and unfortunately this has a negative impact on their management style. The teachers are dedicated and warm, but the administrative staff is immature and often capricious. We had a horrible experience with Primrose of Old Orchard and would not recommend it. We have moved on to another Primrose with more mature and professional leadership.

My husband and I moved to temp housing in another town and enrolled our son in a public school kindergarten for a month....I have to say for being a highly rated school, we were not impressed and our son was very unhappy. We bought a house in Flower Mound within a couple months and decided to enroll our son in private pre-k at Primrose. We have been BEYOND impressed with the school, the teachers and staff. Our son has excelled in his academics and is very ready for 1st grade...he has learned social skills and respect and is excited about going to school. Moving is hectic enough for a five year old....to see him settle in, learn and be excited about his day and bring home work he accomplished with pride and to watch the teachers cry at kindergarten graduation is enough for me and my husband to give Primrose 5stars.

My son has been enrolled at Primrose for over a year now and he absolutely loves it as do we. The staff will bend over backwards to help with any need. The teachers are great, my son has learned so much and I just love to hear about his day.

I had two children that attended this school within the past year. When we searched for a child care center, we were very unsatisfied with what Lewisville/Flower Mound area had to offer. That was until we were recommended to Primrose from a friend. The teachers, management, and education were more than we could have asked for. My oldest went through their Private Pre-Kindergarten and is now excelling in Kindergarten. My youngest started in the Infant room and went through the two year old classroom. The teachers we experienced were very dedicated and wonderful. I suppose that each parent has a different view of every school and I would have to say that my Wife and I don't share your opinion. I would and have recommended this school to every parent I know that wants a wonderful education for their child.

I had enrolled my daughter in this school in the 2yr toddler room early this year 2009. The teachers were horrible, cared less. The management even worse. I cannot comment on other classrooms. There are many wonderful schools in the lewisville / flowermound area. I would advise you to stay away from this one. Regards
