The private kindergarten is a waste of money. If you feel like throwing away $12,000+ over a year then please send your child here. Instead of learning to read and write the children spend more time watching TV and cartoons. And the graduation "certificate" isn't taken seriously by any of the surrounding schools so you can forget that as well. It was a huge disappointment educationally. The office staff is rude and doesn't communicate. The only positive is that the Kindergarten teacher and teachers aide really care about the children in their care so at least you know they are safe. If nothing else, its a good (albeit way overpriced) alternative to hiring a nanny or babysitter. And be prepared for the unexpected expenses with Tumble bus, soccer and the others. They get your children excited about the activity and THEN send home the sign up form with the request for additional funds.

I always recommend to anyone looking for a school to check this school out, as to me it has been exactly what we needed to create a strong foundation for my child's future. Children learn academics, math, language, science, art, manners and much more. -Margie

My daughter has really grown and learned a lot since she started at Primrose School of League City about 8 months ago. The teachers are engaging and truly care about the children, and the school organizes wonderful play and developmental activities for all the children.

Primrose School of South Shore has far exceeded our expectations. It is not simply a childcare facility, but a warm, nurturing place for children to blossom.

High assistant turnover. While the actually head teachers of the classes have been consistent and amazing the assistants change on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. It is not comforting to pick my child up and be asked who I am. I do not like the idea of my child not having a consistent caregiver. This school is also the more expensive schools in the area yet you have to pay additional for a corny bus to come do tumbling lessons and for sports or dance classes.
