my daughter goes to this school since she was 3 months old, I can't say anything bad about them, she loves her school and teachers and is learning a lot, she is now in preschool and every day she surprises us with new things she has learned.
My children love the school. Going through a divorce my children had to change daycare. I enrolled them here because it was close to my home. The prices are okay and the people are friendly. My daughter is now in the pre-k class and she is doing excellent. The teacher in ha class is really great with he kids! My son is in the toddlers class and his word are becoming clearer each day. The school has helped my children adjust to many things. Only bad things is the playground. Schools and other daycares really don't use sandboxes any more due to bacteria and germs!
My son loves his teacher as do I and the activities they do but, can't say anything else good. My child broke his leg when he was 1.5 yrs and for one day they had to watch him with a splint before he got his permanent cast. Completely shredded when I picked him up. So they added an additional $300 hospital bill to what I already owed b/ they couldn't watch him or contact me in the proper time or manner. They state they deposit your checks for weekly tuition within one business day, HA!!! They made us overdraft our account and made us late on not only the daycare payment but EVERYTHING else. Then they say they can't care for my son because I was two weeks behind on payments. They won't work with you on ANYTHING and everything that goes wrong will end up being YOUR fault. They can't take any blame for what they had done. I hate to change my child's daycare and make him suffer of getting used to a new location b/ THE ALPHABET LEARNING CENTER CAN'T DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I told them I hated that my son was in their care. But, as a mom that can't pay $200/mo for any other daycare, I have no choice. If anyone knows of anywhere else, GO THERE, NOT HERE!!!!
We are a french family. The Alphabet Club staff is really friendly and kind with us. My kids didn't speak english when we arrived a few months ago. They were very happy to go there, everybody was attentive to them. They have good times in this school and thet learn a lot of things every day. My son (in preK) is at the same level than the others kids now and my daughter (in toddlers) learn numbers, letters, songs, shapes, colors, etc... The bad points are: the food is not really healthy, the classrooms are a little bit small, it's a little bit noisy in the toddlers classroom. But the prices are very attractive! And my kids are feeling very well, they like their teachers and their teachers like them! You can watch your child by webcams in the school for 20 dollars per month.
I liked a few of the teachers but, our kid was just not learning anything, was usually moody and unhappy when compared to other daycares he was in previously. When we moved him to a nicer school, we noticed an instant improvement. The biting stopped almost instantly as well. He was learning much more and much quicker than before. I guess even with day cared, you get what you pay for. If you can afford it, save yourself the trouble, pay a little extra.
I completely agree to the last reviewer. I had bad experience with this school. My kid was so unhappy at the end of the day that I decided to switch. Make the wise decision upfront and avoid this school to begin with.
PARENTS BEWARE ! This is the worst preschool I have come across. Unfriendly teachers and staff paying least attention to children. We were so disappointed that we finally pulled our kids out of this school !
This is the excellent school with good teachers specially in Infant room. Teachers take very good care of kids and gets involve with them and make ur kid feel at home.
Excellent with the kids and a lot of Summer outings. Keep the kids busy and the teachers are very nice to the children.
