Horrible "day care". This is not a cirriculum based setting. The children are basically set to fend for themselves. The infants do not get any interaction. They're forced to sit in a chair or a swing until they cry uncontrollably. The toddlers only duties are to eat and go outside. If your child is potty-training, you can forget about it. The preschoolers are left to run amuck and are even allowed to mingle with the toddlers - who in return get hurt. This is not a "day care" but merely a "drop your child off here" building.
