The Staff is nice. The only complaint I have is that the classrooms don't have their own bathrooms for the little ones that have barely been potty tained. My child has to go out of the class and down the hall to use the bathroom by herself and she still needs some supervision not to mention that the toilets are regular size and are not toddler friendly so she always has a hard time using the potty.
