Mona Montessori

This is an outstanding Montessori school. The teachers are the number one reason I recommend Mona Montessori. At the infant/toddler level, they are tremendously loving and nurturing. They are highly attentive to the needs of each individual child. They also begin teaching at a very early age - even sign language for babies. At the toddler/preschool ages, the teachers do a wonderful job of introducing children to the Montessori teaching schools. The school is fully equipped with the appropriate tools and activities. By age 2 1/2, my daughter could fluently count to ten and name colours in both English and Spanish. She knew all her shapes and could identify most letters of the alphabet with their corresponding sounds. The school also encourages much singing and dancing. I love how they embrace a theme each month, with teachers creating beautiful displays. In December, the children put on a stage performance for the parents which is a tremendous learning experience for them that builds wonderful confidence. The director/owner and office managers are very friendly, kind and caring.

My child went there for a while and we both loved the school. The fee is the lowest you can find and the level of learning is great. Teachers are caring, owner is very cooperative and its a fun environment the kids love.
