The ECC is now Central Elementary and has to be the worst school in our district. It contains everything from rude office personnel to boarder line abusive teachers. I'm not saying everyone is bad, because there are a handful of great people. Consider yourself lucky if you come in contact with one or even get someone to help with a problem
