My daughter has been at Happy Days since August 2010 and I have been extremely pleased with her experience there. Don't let the laid back atmosphere and lack of flashy equipment deter you- the teachers are committed and kind -with a low staff turnover so kids get the consistency they need and the staff gets to know all the kids well. It feels like an extended family as there are maximum 36 kids there at any time (divided into three classes). The day is structured enough to include school-ready instruction (letters, numbers, etc.) and art projects every day, but relaxed enough to allow plenty of time for play. You have to bring your own food, but I regard this as a plus, as you can avoid the bland, mushy food some schools serve to their children. I highly recommend this school! The only way to improve the school would be to involve parents more, but I understand it might be difficult with busy parents.
