My daughter has attended APCC for 2 yrs. She is now going to move on to kindegarden. The facility is small and relatively new. The staff keeps it clean and organized. Her experience overall has been good, but this center is a daycare and not a learning center. My daughter has received very sporatic and unorganized education. I don't beleive she is ready to face kindergarden academically. A positive aspect of the center is that the teachers involve Christian values in the everyday activities. As our time has progressed with the center, I have found them to be very stringent in the added rule of no "drop-offs" between 10am and 2pm...to the extent of refusing to accept the child to stay or imposing fees. In addition, during inclement weather while other daycares remain open, APCC follows Abilene ISD's guide for closings. I have found it very difficult during the winter months while the center refuses to credit any tuition due to unexpected closings. I give the center an average rating because I find it an adequate daycare aside from unexpected closings, but it is in no way an adequate pre-school or learning center.

My daughter has attended APCC for over 3 years. For the most part, we've been very happy with her experience. Whenever I have brought a concern to the director, the issue has been resolved. The facility is relatively new and clean. Most of the teachers do a great job. Turnover seems high to me but they always seem to replace with equally good or even better teachers. It is relatively small and my child has grown up with many of the same kiddos since they were babies. They have recently hired a new director who I think is going to do some great things.
