My 5-year old son has attended this school for a year, and it has been a great experience for him and for our family. Before we moved to Oak Ridge, attending a Montessori preschool really improved my son's self confidence, social skills, and ability to concentrate, so we looked at all Montessori preschool options in this area, and chose this one for its combination of facilities, staff and small size. The teachers are always attentive and communicative with us, and their many interactions with us have made it clear they genuinely care about our kid and his development. The frequent opportunities to meet teachers, staff and other parents at the school has given us a sense of community. We plan to stay through kindergarten and return for the summer program through age 7!
Great teachers who understand and strive to follow the Montessori philosophy. Wonderful, calm atmosphere. My daughter has been attending since age 2 1/2 and her development, understaning of concepts and overall growth has been amazing to watch.
I love the Montesorri philosophy and the teachers and staff at MSOR are outstanding! I am so glad I made the decision to send my daughter here.
