Problems experienced over the years:staff unable/ unwilling to discipline kids-ignore them/allowing them to just scream/kick/cause a commotion;plumbing issues not resolved quickly;they do not communicate new policy changes in a timely manner;often there is NO communication about policy changes at all;there is no communication between the parents and teachers/ owner/director;there is a general and impersonal monthly newsletter available sometime during each month;there is no consistency with each class curriculum;often there is NO curriculum(if you are told otherwise,it is untrue);there are no progress reports sent home after a child moves beyond the nursery;your child(ren) will come home filthy from older classes and with bleach discoloration on their clothes from the Nursery and Toddler classes;the staff is unfriendly.BIG RED FLAG:in less than one year they have had almost an entire staff turnover,less one teacher,and that has never happened before in 5 years
