My daughter attends Parkwood Weekday Early Education Center. She loves to go to school and I am confident that she is in a safe and loving environment. She talks about the "Mail Carrier", visiting the Media Center and Mrs. Manners. She loves painting and playing in the centers. We enjoyed working on her Science Project together. Our family loves to attend the Family Events. They are so organized and fun. Snow Day was a blast. We love Parkwood and am so glad they have a kindergarten and first grade class. I understand this next school year they will open up a second grade class and every year extend to another grade. Parkwood is the BEST! A great big thank you to the wonderful staff!
Our son has attended Parkwood since he was 2 years old. It is an amazing place, and the entire staff exudes warmth and love. The children are taught in a completely developmentally appropriate way, the teachers are kind-hearted and loving, and the director is quite possibly the sweetest woman on earth. As to the comment about too many sweets...it's a moot point....parents are now asked to provide snack for their own children. No complaints here! We feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful group of people to nurture our son.
You simply will not find a better or safer environment for your child anywhere. I have had children go all the way from preschool to graduate school and nowhere compares to the love, respect and dignity that they received at Parkwood, and I have been all over this country. God Bless Margaret Walker and all - we truly are forever grateful!!!!
