My children attended the Grayslake location, and we looked into transferring to the Waukegan location. However, in my children's 3months in attendance my children were sick constantly. My then 2yr old and 1 yr old visited the doctor 14 times during their enrollment. They don't clean or wipe down the toys at all. They only clean the table surfaces once daily. Over half of the children were sick constantly, with runny noses. Both my husband & I requested other children's noses be wiped on multiple separate occasions. My daughter developed ongoing diaper rash issues. On top of that my 15 month old son had multiple fall injuries resulting in a hematoma to his head, caused by neglect. Also, my 1 yr old was diagnosed with severe asthma that required breathing treatments. The doctor restricted his outdoor exposure, but the staff refused to comply. They would not keep him in during recess even in winter with a doctors note. The owner was very disrespectful and demeaning to both my husband and I when we presented out concerns. Naturally, we ended up pulling our children from the center. WORST.DAYCARE.EVER. Grade: F-
