I fell in love with this school the moment I walked in! My husband and I both learned Montessori style and feel it's the best way to go for our child. The teachers are amazing! They are loving, patient, kind and obviously well trained in the Montessori style of teaching. Our daughter has been at Maris's House (now Steeple On The Beach Montessori School) for 3 years. She is reading chapter books and she is in kindergarten! We love the socialization of the school from the interactions of the mixed ages of children to the parents and teachers. We love this school and will be sad when we have to move on.
We have our son in this school and he loves his school, teachers and colleagues. We are extremely happy with the teaching methods. The teachers, the relationship with other students and the atmosphere at school greatly contribute to our son s happiness and success. We can see how much he learned and developed his capabilities and interpersonal skills. The environment is family like and the students have their share of responsibility. The parents are invited to be involved in the school s activities. We strongly recommend this school.
We love Maria's House Montessori School! This is our daughter's 3rd year and she is thriving! The Montessori experience meets her needs, gives her independence, teaches her critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship skills- and she is getting a great education. Everyone is a family here. We will miss it when it is time for her to move on.
