I wish I could give negative stars. Do NOT send your child to this daycare center. The owner talks big talk about how great the center is, but it is not a good place to send your child. It's totally overcrowded. There are not enough beds for each kid, and they admitted they sometimes carried my 6 month old while she slept. I found my baby with her bottle propped once (against DCF code). I also noticed the ratios of adult/children were off on multiple occasions. The staff is constantly in flux, so there is no consistency with who is watching your child. They were not able to follow any of my requests for adjusting the schedule for my child. Finally it was so loud/overcrowded that my child did not take longer than a 30 min nap there. In addition, the owner gave me 2 weeks to find new care when she decided not to take part-time children (and she waited until my husband picked up my child/never apologized for the short time frame). She was buttery sweet at first, but as soon as she noticed I wasn't going to be coming full time she was passive aggressive and down-right cold. I felt my child did not get the attention she deserved and that it is a very poorly run place.
