I am so pleased with the development of my kids and with the staff at Alla Kid Zaam. I have two children at the daycare and both love their teachers like family.
Great child care facility. I've had my children here since they opened. I've never had a problem with my children eating or not getting food if they arrive after 8 am. I've also never noticed the facility being unorganized. I've never had a problem with them closing when they want either. They are closed on major holidays and twice a year for teacher wordays. When there is a closing or delay due to weather it is put on the news as well as the website and facebook. I love all the staff members, they are quick to resolve issues (not that I've had many) All in all it is a great place!
Great teachers at first then when you look up they are gone, so terrible retention of teachers which is not a good thing for children just coming into school environment and wanting stability since they are away from their parents If you do not get your child to facility by 8am they will not eat again until 12 and snack at 2pm which is cheese puffs or something like that until you pick them up at 6:30 Very unorganized, substitutes quite frequently, no one knows anything if there is a substitute, not great facility with children with food allergies. They close and delay facility as see fit with no call to parents who need dependability Just think about taking your child here I didn't like it
Great facility and loving staff. These are the places and programs that all parents should promote. They believe in full time staffing and benefits for their staff and teachers thus increasing retention of good educators.
