Both my children have gone to Cypress Montessori School (soon to be 'Caterpillar Montessori School') since they were 2.5 years old. It is a school where the children come first. The teachers work one-on-one with the children to boost their confidence in all areas, especially reading and math. Each child is encouraged to do their 'personal' best. The teachers are highly skilled and work hard to bring out the very best in each child. They are great examples of true leaders/teachers and I will miss seeing them everyday as my daughter will graduate this year and we are moving. Thank you Cypress Montessori School for bringing out the best in my children and giving them the encouragement, confidence and love they need to go out into this world!!

Your child will take their cues from you. If moms not worried they soon won't be. If mom lingers and wrings her hands you can bet little Johnny will be crying. Use a quick routine each morning and you teach your child that they can depend on you.

The staff at the daycare is good at assisting. I give her big hug and kisses give her hand to the teacher and just turn to walk away with "bye baby girl, have a great day"

First of all take some time of work to be with your child at school for a hour, letting him or her know that it is safe to be in a new environment. Play wiht you child in the daycare for that day, then the next day she will be asking to go back!Amazing
