They did go through some changes in the past 2 years or so. This is probably due to the economy climate. I think they lost many students for their parents losing their jobs. Now they seem all set and settled with new set of teachers and staffs along with some old faces. My daughter loves it there very much. My older daughter loved it there, too.

This Kindercare has gone down hill in the last 2 years. Big corporations only care about money and nothing else. I would strongly look elsewhere before you put your paycheck in here. Facility Manager is great but she doesn't have the power to change things. All the good teachers are gone too.

A schedule will help. Just say "ok its potty time." A schedule is one of the main reason kids seem to magically toilet train when they go to nursery school.
