This school is awesome. I have a toddler and a preschooler, and they love it. The owner/staff are well meaning, and at times do try to do "too much" but I love it becuase they are interested in the kids exploring and investigating the world. The center itself is stocked full of interesting centers and toys- which I like better then other places that feel like a sterile hospital- kids love a little crazy. The food they prepare is wholesome- no juice and empty calorie snacks. They take the kids outside whenever possible- they get lots of activity.

My son is a toddler and loves to 'go to school.' The staff is very helpful and monitor his diet as he has a milk allergy. They are always willing to work with me. I recommend this center.

My older daughter attended Brownstone for Pre-K and Kindergarten. The staff is wonderful, especially the kindergarten teacher. My daughter is more than ready to start 1st grade this Fall.

The staff and administration have some unreasonable expectations of children, and are moderately difficult to work with. I do not recommend this center/school.

Your child will take their cues from you. If moms not worried they soon won't be. If mom lingers and wrings her hands you can bet little Johnny will be crying. Use a quick routine each morning and you teach your child that they can depend on you.

The staff at the daycare is good at assisting. I give her big hug and kisses give her hand to the teacher and just turn to walk away with "bye baby girl, have a great day"

First of all take some time of work to be with your child at school for a hour, letting him or her know that it is safe to be in a new environment. Play wiht you child in the daycare for that day, then the next day she will be asking to go back!Amazing
