This school was not for us as very small with tight space and smelled like a dirty turtle cage. Found teachers and thinking very old and stodgy. Better quality schools for a lot less money in the neighborhood.

Our daughter is currently in the P-5 program here specifically designed for kids who miss the age cut off for Kindergarten. I have to say this has far exceeded our expectations. Her teacher is excellent and tailors learning to each individual kids needs. On the way to school one morning, my daughter started crying and I asked her why. She asked, "why didn't you put me in this school earlier". She absolutely loves it!

I have had 2 children go through this Pre-School and I was amazed at how much they learned. I think they balance education and play time so well for a pre-school. We looked for a long time to find a pre school that stressed more education than play and we found the perfect one. I will send my youngest here when he is old enough as well.

Wow, I'm surprised to read the first review posted June 3, 2009 and the parent didn't give any examples of what he/she means. A school can't be all things to all kids of course, but our experience has been fantastic there. Both my husband and I work full-time and so take advantage of the before and after school care. We find the teachers to be engaged with the kids and know all of them by name (regardless of whose class they're in). My son is learning a lot and he'll definitely be ready for kindergarten next year. As for discipline, they use redirection and a time out (they call it 'respect rest') for behaviour that's not respectful to other kids (ie. hitting, shoving, excessive teasing of others, swearing etc) but they will talk to the kids first and only if they behaviour continues anyway do they use the respect rest.
