My Son loved this school. The Teachers, Miss Bre and Miss Melanie, always communicated with my Son in a positive way. Any issues with my Son were reported to me daily. Great communication and teamwork. My Son was completely prepared for Kindergarten after attending City Kids 2. In fact, his knowledge exceeded that of the other children in his class. I would recommend City Kids 2 to other Parents as far as the Teachers go. The Teachers are fantastic.

My daughter has been going to City Kids II since she was six months old. She is now 3, so I have had the opportunity to meet many of the teachers throughout her developmental stages. I am amazed at how friendly, gentle, and upbeat all the teachers have been. I have never felt that a teacher was there just for a job, but rather that each teacher truly loves working with kids! The owner, Kirsten, does an excellent job creating a fun yet protective environment for the kids. I appreciate that the quality of the facility competes with any of the other childcare facilities, yet City Kids keeps their prices much more reasonable than many facilities. I highly recommend City Kids!

My wife witnessed one of the staff members throw a sippy cup at an 18 month old child. My wife brought it up with the manager but was never addressed and staff continued to work there for additional time. Children in the "less than 1" room are often crying and staff do nothing to acknowledge the crying, instead opting to just talk amongst themselves or play with the children who aren't crying. I have seen kids crying and the staff is just playing blocks with another child, completely ignoring the crying one. I and my wife have also seen staff being overly forceful with children under 2 y/o by forcefully grabbing Children and slamming them into seats at the table. I was told, verbatim, "his mom is a midget and she requested we be forceful with him." When I asked for that mothers contact information to confirm I was told that they can't allow me to confirm with her. (Not to mention her derogatory use of the word "midget") I don't recommend this place. Too many things going on and too many poor explanations for the incidents I have witnessed. Be warned. There are much better places to bring your children.
