Good preschool center for what it has to deal with. Located in what many call the "poor" or "south" section of Cumberland, because it is only over the bridge from Central Falls, it has many children attending with questionable residence. Cumberland is better than CF. and the parents know it. Children receive as many services as are possible to give. Approx. 70% of children signed up for services actually appear for their appointments. The coordinator does a fantastic job of balancing no-shows, an understaffed staff, and maintaining an ever-heavier and larger caseload. She is to be lauded.
