I was looking for a preschool for my two-year-old and was recommended to check City Kids out by our neighbor. I was impressed by the director, Sheryl, who is just so pleasant and warm, and willing to spend her time to talk to me about my son. My son has since been attending this school at the 2-year-old's class with teacher Kristy & teacher Dana. I can not say enough good things about what beautiful hearts these two teachers have given my son and us as a family. They are so warm and kind and are willing to help us with our son's allergy needs. They made him feel so loved that he often asks to go to "teacher Kristy's school" on a no-school day. I also love that they have occasional field trips where parents are invited to participate, and the teachers will take pictures of your children and make a memory book of each child at the end of each school year. If you are looking for a nurturing place for your children that provides age-appropriate learning activities & experience, I highly recommend this school.
It was hard to find a good preschool for a family. I'm a bit picky since I work in the field of early education and train preschool teachers. When I came to City Kids with my daughter I knew we were in the right place. I recognized many of the teachers from trainings and conferences and was impressed with the developmentally appropriate curriculum and the warm nurturing environment. It's worth your time to check it out and see if it's a good fit for your family!
