Great school! My son went there for kindergarten and first grade. He got such a great start there that when he moved to a public school, they allowed him to skip the grade in math. Small classes. Children have a busy day there.

My daughter has been attending this school for over a year now. I can't say anything but the great things about this school. The teachers are caring, attentive, genuinely care and worry about kids. I don't understand where the bad review about the school came from, possibly a single incident and there are always 2 sides to the story... I can speak for my family and my daughter, we are very happy we chose RKH and our daughter is happy to go there every single day.

We had a great experience at this school. The curriculum might be a bit unstructured compared to a typical public school where "no child is left behind" but they cover a lot of material well above and beyond grade level like multiplication in kindergarten. My child didn't necessarily understand it all but it certainly didn't hurt to expose them to math concepts above their grade level. They learn to write in cursive in K while typical public school students still practice their A's and B's. Their second graders test into Fairfax county gifted and talented. And of course learning Russian is never a bad thing.
