My two and a half year old daughter started attending Lemay Child and Family Center right after her birth. As a new mom, the knowledgeable and welcoming staff made it easier to separate from my newborn. Last fall, I gave birth to a baby boy. It was a no brainer that he would also attend Lemay Child and Family Center. My daughter is now thriving in her pre-school classroom and my son loves his caregivers in the infant room. All of the exciting family activities make also create a real community around the school. I would recommend LCFC to any parent!
My daughter has attended LCFC sinceFeb. 2008. Now she is in elementary school and still participates in their after school program. She looks forward to coming to LCFC after school, and I look forward to her going to a place where she continues to learn, and the staff are engaged and welcoming. I've developed a network of friends through the center, and enjoy all of the family friendly activities.
After working at a variety of schools, I finally feel like I am at home since joining the team at Lemay Child and Family Center. The staff is all very knowledgeable, caring, and committed to providing an excellent early education to all of its students. I love coming to work, and I love seeing all the gains our students make on a daily basis.
I have three kids that have gone thru Lemay Child and Family Center. When you walk in the greet you with a friendly welcome. I found out about the Center thru my sister who also have kids that attend, she told me about their GED program and got my GED in 2006. I have another child on the way that will be in the infant room. I will recommend my friends and other families to come visit and get information about the Center.
