If you have a chance to send your child to AppleTree, DO IT! You will NOT be sorry! My son is in Pre-K here, and is learning so much - not only in reading and math, but also developmentally. AppleTree has a very structured and calm environment - which kids really need as they transition into school. Walking into my son's classroom, I see that the teacher and fellows (assistant teachers) are so engaged. No one raises their voice, and children and adults are so respectful of each other. Some parents have commented on how they wish AppleTree went on through kindergarten - though that's TRUE that it would be wonderful if it did, I am SO GRATEFUL to this early education program for properly preparing my son for Kindergarten. He's confident, he's thriving, he loves school, and I owe so much of that to his teachers and the administrators at AppleTree. It truly is a community of educators, with parents and teachers working together to provide the best resources possible to these kids!
So overjoyed with this school and this program. My child has completely changed for the better. The language skills, reading skills, and math skills are very advanced. She is so happy to go to school with her absolutely lovely teacher. The administrators are helpful and welcoming. I really feel like they have their act together. I wish it continued into kindergarten and beyond, but as an added bonus, the principal is doing extra work to make sure all the students get into good schools. Very thankful!
Appletree is a very good school. The teachers and staff are great and they encourage parents and family member to get involved in almost every activity, trip and function. My child has learned a lot from this school. It is just too bad it only goes to pre-k.
We have had a wonderful experience with this school - the administration really encourages parents to be involved and is very receptive to parents suggestions, concerns, etc. My child has mild special needs and the staff has been very proactive in making sure he gets the services and tools he needs to succeed.
