Our son has been enrolled for over a year now & I am sad to say that I have begun looking elsewhere for care. Since we have been a part of this school we've seen a very high turn-over of staff & are constantly seeing new faces popping up & many others we grew familiar with disappearing. Many of the staff members there seem very distant, appearing to only be going through the motions. The children are still very much loved by the teachers, that much is apparent, but they also seem to be reacting to whatever changes are going on. We frequently observe chaos at both drop-off & pick-up & it is very disconcerting. While I still appreciate the Primrose Schools name & the education they provide, I have to ask myself , is it fair for me to send my child to a school that seems to lack the consistency that is so imperative to my son's growth? I would love to give this school a great review but frankly, I am very disappointed with the path of "growth" I have seen thus far. My advice to fellow parents searching for quality care, don't rush into a decision simply based on a brand-name. Take the time to get to know your prospects & remember, looks can be deceiving.

I completely disagree with the previous review (dated 9/29/12, only 2 months after this school opened). This school is going through the normal process of a new school finding the right group of staff. The only people who do not wear the staff uniforms are the management team and I have never seen them wear "5-inch heels" or "mini-skirts"; they dress in professional attire which is perfectly suited to their roles as liaisons between children/staff and parents. They don't typically work directly with the children unless they are giving a teacher a break. I feel this school is dedicated to the safety and education of the young children in it's care and is the best school in the area.
