I have had my 2 boys at LTG for 2 years now. My oldest just "graduated" to elementary school. Prior to LTG we had experience both with a nanny, and at another pre-school in the NY metro area. My opinion is based upon these comparisons. The teachers here are excellent. Teachers' styles vary but all (with the exception of one, who was quite strict with them, which isn't necessarily a bad thing...) have been liked by my kids and they have developed good relationships. Almost all teachers are young and active which is good since they can keep up with the kids. The ones that are older are also fairly energetic! The classrooms are airy and bright, unlike many other schools we considered. The fees are fair and compare well to the other schools in the area. As an indication of how much we like LTG versus others nearby, we actually chose to drive nearly 20-25 minutes each way to take our kids here, instead of having them in any of the 5 other schools that were closer. Overall I'd highly recommend this school to others, and have several times.
