I loved this daycare center! I was new to Shawnee and has a recommendation from my boss. I got my children in within a month (Luckily! There is usually a long wait for this daycare) My kids loved her! Its a home daycare so its very warm and inviting! The kids got to go outside whenever they wanted, weather permitting. I liked this because at centers they have set times and sometimes dont even get to go outside. But at Nanny's they got to several times a day and she has such a cool playground setup! I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for quality home daycare and someone to actually care about your children on an individual basis. When my children have been in other larger daycares I actually had teachers not even know my childs name, this would never happen at Nannys!

I think common core is going to produce a bunch of dumb adults. Once the kids are grown and out in the real world they aren't going to know how to solve any problem without writing out the answer step by step

I think common core will definitely make moving families feel more confident in their school district choices, but I definitely worry about the learning curve as common core is implemented.
