II want to say how very disapointed i am of this daycare. It is a beautiful clean building but the people that run the place are more than inept. They have teenagrs taking care of the infants there. On more than one occasion i came to the daycare to find my little boy screaming while being in the floor. His bottle ready but on the counter cause the girls were busy with other kids. When my baby turned one, i was given all this rules on what i could and couldnt bring in the room including a sippy cup with extra water. I was told i needed doctors excuses if i wanted them to give her water instead of juice or even to give her a bottle. Director of the place is incredibly rude and every question or concern you have, she will respond with a rude comment. She tries to intimidate you so you stop bothering her. My daughter would come home extremely hungry and thirsty and when i would ask the staff to give her something extra they told me that if they wanted to give them extra food or even drink they needed to provide it from their own pocket. The director of this facility is very very rude. When i tried to talk to her about this she just bashed me. I hear she does this to other parts too.

In my experience most facilities that you would walk in that is over 7 years old would look like they are 7 years old. I have had children go through this center from the day it was open till recently, it looks, smells, and continues to be as well taken care of as the first day I walked in. When I pick up my child the kids are laughing and playing and it smells like it did when i dropped them off at 8 am (clean). The food is wonderful all my older kids talk about is how they wish they could have Ms. Bonnie's cooking at school. The children, staff and facility are well taken care of. You can tell that the administration puts alot of time and money back into the center and not in their pockets.

I would recommend the facility to everyone. My son has gone there from the age of 18 months he recently scored very high on his entry test to big school. This facilitys' teachers, administrantion and director look out for the best intrest of all the children. It is an amazing facility with very open and honest people.

I have two daughters attending this center. Both girls are advancing at a good pace. The whole staff gets involved in each child's development. Everything is very well organized. My wife would have quit work if we had not found this center.

A schedule will help. Just say "ok its potty time." A schedule is one of the main reason kids seem to magically toilet train when they go to nursery school.
