My baby got sick the first day and was sick the entire time she was there. Every night when I picked my baby up she had a full bottle of food left in the refrigerator. One person to take care of 5 babies is not enough, My baby wasn't getting fed enough and I'm sure she barely got held. There are also 15 babies in one room so your baby never gets to have a quiet nap. My husband picked her up and she was wide awake in her crib and she looked like she had been crying and when he checked her feeding sheet she hadn't been fed for over 4 hours! She's suppose to eat every 3 hours and this happened all the time!!
Really bad experience. For that money they ask staff not doing absolutely nothing. Don't be surprised if you'll come to pick your baby up and nobody will know where she is,and all you can do-just run around the facility trying to find her by yourself. They promise to make a nice portfolio for your child-I know already 5 parents who didn't get it , because they just don't care about your child, only abut the money you spend. They got the point in the agreement that they not allowed to punish children- I was a witness of how they doing a timeout, they can even hurt a baby. The front stuff likes to talk behind your back.I'm really sorry for 3 years we spend there and I'm so happy we left that place! Please stay out of that kind of experience-we talking about your children!
