I love Cypress Run! I have three daughters and two of them still attend. They love going and there teachers are great. The owner knows my girls by name and is very caring!
I wouldn't let this place care for my dog, much less my children. The office staff is rude and think they have the place to tell you how to parent. The staff is not capable of handling children. If your child is having a bad day and is even the least bit uncooperative they make you come pick the child up. Leaving this place was the best decision we ever made.
I am very happy that I took my child out of this school. The office staff is rude. Don't take your child here unless you want to pull your hair out from talking to the people in the office. The only good thing about them are the friendly teachers.
I am not pleased with this school anymore. My daughter has had 4 AM teachers since she started in September. The turnover is ridiculous. She has been going there for 4 months and is now to the point where she is bawling when I drop her off in the mornings again. This stopped after a month or so from her start date. I have learned that there is a lot of gossip that takes places among employees/staff and this is not the sort of behavior I would expect from a "Christian" child care facility. I will be removing my daughter from this school for the fall semester this year.
