All three of our children attend Wee Works. We have found it to be a wonderful experience. The teachers are very well informed and up to date on child development. We receive detailed accounts of our kids' day including activities, mood, and eating habits. My childrens love their teachers and have so much fun at school that it is difficult to get them to leave at the end of the day.
We had a horrible experience At Wee Works. I found the staff to be disengaged and lacked appropriate child development awareness. I would ask the staff at the end of each day how my child's day was and I would hear things like 'I think it was ok, I am not sure' or 'fine'. As a parent that wants to know how to support my child I need a little more than that. When we left the school the staff did next to nothing to support a transition. Finally, my child did not find anything exciting about what they were doing at Wee Works. Since being at our wonderful new school our child has blossomed and I regret that we wasted so much time in a center rather that an intimate school.
