My 8-month old currently attends this daycare. She gets a ton of attention, plus all the other kids love her. The teachers are great and are always honest about what goes on with her, if she has scratches, etc. She has been bitten one time, BUT that is going to happen with any daycare your child attends. Children move so fast, and teachers try their hardest to keep them from hurting each other. They are young, they want to explore. When you send your child to daycare, you have to be prepared for things like that. I love this daycare. They do a great job.
We didn't have the best experience at this daycare. The rate of teacher turnover is very high. Also, there were many, many days when we could come to drop off or pick up our child, and 2 or more classes were combined because a teacher wasn't there. I understand that occasionally that might need to happen - but not on a daily basis. We had several other problems with this school. One day our child was sent home with 9 (yes, 9) bite marks on her. After a long talk with the teacher, thankfully this never happened again. Our child was CONSTANTLY sick while at this school. I don't know if it's a matter of improper cleaning on the daycare's part or what. I think it all boils down to poor management. The bright spot was a few caring, terrific teachers who were there. If somebody could come in and re-work this daycare, I think it could really be a good place.
