My son is half way through his first year of preschool with MLPS and he adores his school! He was born premature (and in the middle of the summer which is two strikes against him for school readiness) and his teachers have been nothing but understanding and loving to his needs as a younger student and my needs as a parent. Teachers really care about the kids and support parental involvement in the classroom.
The teachers are great with girls but seem impatient with boys. If you have younger children you are never allowed to bring them on field trips. Teachers seem to play favorites with children.
