As the Director of Second Presbyterian Preschool I feel the need to respond to this particular critique. As the Director I do promote this school at all times and I do feel that it is a privilege to attend this school. We have over 250 enrolled children and waiting list for all classrooms. We are one of only 2 schools in Little Rock with NAEYC accreditation. This is a BIG deal in early childhood education and truly means we are first rate. Unfortunately, everyone cannot be happy at all times and one should consider this review with a grain of salt.
Excellent opportunity for a great price. Well rounded program and plenty of staff. I'm grateful to have access to the Tri-District Early Childhood Program. My child is already receiving speech therapy and OT (at 2nd Pres) through this program. Only negative for me is having to re-register every year. It's insane, this is pre-school! Thankfully my husband is willing to get up at 3 am to take care of it.
Safe, caring environment at a very reasonable tuition cost. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The only negative is that the classrooms could use updating ...newer tables,chairs, toys.
