This facility has an EXCELLENT baby day care. The newborn to 1 yr old teachers have been there for 5 years plus. Any issue was immediately dealt with. The facility consist of 2 buildings. The front building is new, houses the babies up to the young 2 year olds as well as the front office with 3 directors. The office has video monitors where they can see each room. The back building is old, ALWAYS smells bad and constant plumbing issues. This building houses the older 2 yr olds-4 yr olds. This is my area of complaint. The office does NOT show they same concern for the back building. There is constant turn over from the pre-school teaching staff, inconsistent lesson plans, poor communication with parents, old and dirty toys and ripped up books. I am looking for a new preschool for my son. I am never sure what my child is learning. He brings home a lot of coloring papers, but no worksheets or educational coloring sheets. I'm guessing there is the "keep them busy" approach. Overall, if I have a 3rd child, I would gladly bring him/her to the baby part of the daycare, but this gets 2 thumbs down for the pre-school.
