I love this school! I have sent both of my sons there and the lessons (life and curriculum related) they have learned there have been OUTSTANDING. Not only do I have to drag my 4-year old off the playground every afternoon, he is READING and doing multiplication! There is a reason this school has been in the community for the past 30 years, they are hard-working, committed professionals dedicated to the success of our childrean. Highly recommended.

There is a reason there are limited reviews on this school - we were extremely disappointed in this school. My daughter is an outgoing energetic little girl who is not afraid of new situations - after two weeks she completely shut down and wouldn't talk. Almost ever time I walked into the school several teachers were sitting down "watching the kids" instead of actively engaging them in play. The toys outside were old rusty cans - at over $1200 per month per child, you would expect some reinvestment into the toys and learning environment. I would not recommend this school to ANYONE....there are better schools at a lower cost not too far away. Needless to say I pulled her out immediately (which cost me one months tuition) and put her at at a near by Montessori - after 1 day at her new school she return to her bight happy self.

In the beginning, i absolutely loved this daycare/preschool. My child was in the care of ms.joyce and he loved it, which in turn made me very comfortable.he was switched because of his age and has been unhappy every since which causes me worry daily

I ask the teacher if she has a job for my son to do. He gets so excited to have a special job assigned to him (like putting out the toys, etc.), that he follows her away to do it which enables me to slip out. Once I'm out of sight, he does great!

This behavior can indicate any number of precursors at various ages. The number one thing each teacher must do is develop a relationship with the parent. The teacher will learn about the parenting practices, the child’s personality, temperament,... More »
